It's not a mystery that commercial and industrial facilities are the highest users of energy; what is however is that they are also the most easily improved and pr ovide the best rate of return per project.

In over five years of facility inspections and energy useage calculations, we have consistently shown an average of 40% -50% in energy savings opportunities: this is without factoring in any grants or incentives that were available. In some cases there was over 60% reductions possible with improved overall productivity (30% better lighting and color rendering) and better workplace environment (air quality, temperature and humidity). In most cases the operational savings were more than the monthly financing costs of implementation.
